This is a Legal Agreement between Solibri, Inc. (hereinafter Solibri), from the City of Helsinki, Finland and the Entity or individual end-user (hereinafter You or End-User).
This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will Solibri be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
Permission is granted to anyone to use this software, subject to the following restrictions:

The origin of this software must not be misrepresented; you must not claim that you wrote the software.

You may not modify or create derivative works of this software, or reverse engineer, or decompile binary portions of it, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from such portions.

You may not sell, rent, loan or otherwise encumber this software in whole or in part, to any third party.

This notice may not be removed or altered from redistributions.

This software program and documentation are copyrighted by Solibri.  The software program and documentation are supplied ''as is'', without any accompanying services from Solibri.  Solibri does not warrant that the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error-free.
