Senate Properties - uses SMC to ensure BIM deliveries

Senate Properties - Finland`s largest property asset manager

Senate Properties is a government owned enterprise responsible for managing and letting the property assets of the Finnish state. The property stock includes university, office, research, cultural, and other buildings. Senate Properties mainly lets premises to government bodies.

Senate Properties has accomplished excellent results in utilizing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process. In the near future ten new BIM based building projects are started.

To further strengthen their BIM process development Senate Properties has made an agreement with Solibri, Inc. to have Solibri Model Checker system available in central administration in Helsinki and in the property regions throughout Finland. Senate will use the system to ensure the high quality of the BIM deliveries.
