Technical Support Specialist  


Join our growing team at the Helsinki Ruoholahti office.

You play a significant role in our support functions and work in close cooperation with our international offices. That’s why you have to be able to communicate and work in both Finnish and English.

Co-operation with our multinational teams in product development and sales is equally important for your work.

Your main area of responsibility will be to provide technical support for end users, consumers and company’s partner networks including technical, software or hardware issues. This also includes participation to planning and documentation of preventive actions as well as educating people, answering questions and troubleshooting any related problems in Company’s technology based products. As a member of technical support team Employee may also be involved in the Pre-Sales support or Special Customer projects according to the area of expertise

We are looking for :

– Experience in technical product support related roles

– Understanding of the quality of service and passion to excel in the support related tasks
– Versatile IT skills and experience in Windows environments
– Desire to continuously develop in your work and be a strong expert in your own field
– Good interaction skills and intrinsic ability to network

The following will be considered as a definite advantage while applying into this position :

– IT skills and experience in Macintosh environments

– Education / experience in construction industry related to e.g. design/architecture/modelling (BIM)

– Understanding of the standards / tools used in the field of Building information modelling

– ITSM tools / process understanding

Ihre Aufgaben:

– Technischer Support für unsere Vertriebspartner und Kunden per Telefon/Mail

– Qualifizierung und Bearbeitung von komplexen Anfragen und deren Koordination

– Unterstützung bei der (Erst-) Installation, Administration und Konfiguration unserer Softwarelösungen

– Einbringen des Kundenfeedbacks im Solibri-Team zur stetigen Optimierung unserer Produkte

You are the one to ensure the long term sales trough several of our key channel partners in Europe.  You will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing relationships with current and prospective partners. Providing new business opportunities and leads, product and technical support, and competency and qualifications plans to the channel partners form a key part of your duties.   You are proactively developing the partner cooperation and teaming up to provide value and solutions to end users and clients.  As Partner Account Manager you will be playing a vital role in maximizing the business growth of channel partner organization. You are closely working together with partner stakeholders and colleagues in sales, marketing, technology and management. You report to the Global Sales Director.

We expect you to have 3-5 years’ experience in applicable sales and account/partner account management roles. We highly appreciate your proven track record in generating business in solution sales and with channel partners as well as experience in international environment. Understanding software solutions and construction industry and ability to work hands on make you an outstanding candidate. The job requires regular traveling within Nordics and Europe. You are fluent in English and Swedish, other European language skills are seen as advantage.
