WebChecker extends model checking beyond the BIM team. Project participants can upload their IFC models, check model health in the browser, review issues, and export findings without needing deep model-checking expertise or installing Solibri desktop application. This helps teams validate models earlier and keep quality checks moving across more stakeholders. Solibri Tokens are shared across your organization, so teams can use one common pool for supported token-powered features. Admins can assign users to the tokens pool. Token balance and usage are managed in Solibri Center.
Each successful WebChecker check uses 50 tokens, and each successful Autorun run uses 100 tokens. Tokens are deducted only when the check or run completes successfully, so failed or incomplete runs do not reduce your balance.
When your organization needs more capacity, additional tokens can be purchased and added to the shared pool. To buy tokens, you need an active Advanced or Premium subscription.

Yes. Advanced and Premium annual subscriptions include complementary tokens: 1,750 tokens with Advanced and 17,500 tokens with Premium. These tokens can be used for Autorun and WebChecker runs. Once the complementary tokens have been used, you can purchase additional tokens to continue using these features.
Example: 1 successful Autorun run = 100 Tokens; 1 successful WebChecker run = 50 Tokens.
No. Tokens are consumed only on successful completion. Failed or incomplete runs do not consume tokens.
When your token balance reaches zero, token-based runs will stop until more tokens are purchased. You can view and manage your token balance in Solibri Center.
Yes. Tokens are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Buying new tokens extends the expiry date forward by 12 months.

If your organization cancels its Solibri subscription, unused tokens will not be canceled immediately. However, tokens can only be used with an active Advanced or Premium subscription and will eventually expire if there is no valid subscription to use them with.
Yes. You can buy tokens with Solibri Advanced monthly. However, please note that a monthly subscription doesn’t include the complementary tokens (1750). Complementary tokens are only available with an Advanced or Premium annual subscription.
The easiest way to buy tokens is via the Solibri Store, always available 24/7 and instantly assigned to your company token pool. They are available in three packages: Small (5000 tokens), Medium (10000 tokens), and Large (25000 tokens)
When you upgrade from Advanced to Premium, your organization becomes eligible for the Premium token allowance. Your shared token pool will be updated according to your new subscription level and you can continue using tokens for supported features
If you downgrade from Premium to Advanced, your organization will continue to be eligible to use tokens, but your complementary token allowance may change according to your new subscription level.
If you downgrade to a subscription that does not support tokens, such as Starter or Essential, you will no longer be able to use tokens for token-based features. Any unused tokens will remain visible in your organization’s token pool until they expire, but they can only be used with an active Advanced or Premium subscription.
Unused tokens are non-refundable. Tokens are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be used for supported token-based features during that period, as long as your organization has an active eligible subscription.
No. Tokens are assigned to the organization that purchased or received them and cannot be transferred between different organizations or accounts. If your company has multiple Solibri organizations, tokens must be purchased and managed separately for each organization.
Your existing Autorun workflows will remain unchanged. Starting with Solibri 26.6.0, tokens will be required to run Autorun workflows.
Your current Advanced or Premium subscriptions include a set number of complementary Autorun and WebChecker runs: Advanced includes 10 Autorun runs and 25 WebChecker runs, while Premium includes 100 Autorun runs and 150 WebChecker runs. From now on, you can scale your model checking capacity and buy more runs using tokens.
Your existing Autorun workflows will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
