Improvements

- Burden of license server reduced - Build number added to the log to help in communication with the support  

Bug fixes:

- Relative hyperlinks were not always working - Manual classification was sometimes really slow - Update sometimes was slow and left components to a wrong position - Times were exported in a wrong format in BCF
