Information regrading the current v9.1.24 Release

Release Notes: This release fixes a backward compatibility issue introduced in version 9.1.22. If you have SMC files saved with version 9.1.22, you can make them compatible with version 9.1.20 and earlier SMCv9 versions by once updating the IFC files in the model and saving it again.
